Sony and LG are expected to unveil their flagship smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2017. Nokia which announced its comeback last year will also be releasing new devices including a modern version of Nokia 3310.
Recent reports reveal that there will be five new Sony Xperia smartphones with high-quality displays. LG is reportedly introducing its dust and water resistant 2017 flagship phone at the highly anticipated mobile industry event. LG G6 will have a battery bigger than 3200 mAh and will feature an AI assistant, as the South Korean company has earlier hinted.
Nokia is launching the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 which will both run on Android 7.0 Nougat with 2 GB RAM. The said devices will have lower prices compared to the already revealed Nokia 6. The specs of 3 (Qualcomm Snapdragon 425) and 5 (Qualcomm Snapdragon 430) will be less powerful than that of 6 which is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 with 4 GB of RAM and a full HD, 5.5-inch display.
Besides its new smartphones, the Finnish company will also re-launch the Nokia 3310 which is one of the earliest phone models. The modern version of the classic device will be sold at €59, as per Venture Beat. The phone maker has not yet revealed if the reincarnated device will have new features.
The Mobile World Congress will start on Feb. 27 to March 2 in Barcelona, Spain. Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Huawei, HTC, Intel, Lenovo and many other tech brands will also be present at the annual event. Stay tuned for more updates!
