Square Enix has announced the release date for the Final Fantasy XII Remaster. The HD version of the 2006 video game will launch on July 11 on PlayStation 4.
Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will feature the International Zodiac Job system which allows gamers to assign a role to a character. The system gives players more freedom to customise their characters.
Final Fantasy XII Remaster is expected to have better backgrounds and character models. Additional improvements include faster loading time and better Turbo mode. There will also be an auto-save feature in the upcoming version to help players save their progress.
Gamers will be given the option to choose between English and Japanese for the voices. They can keep the original music or select the re-recorded soundtrack. Watch the preview video below for more details about the Final Fantasy XII Remaster.
Meanwhile, the Booster Pack DLC for Final Fantasy XV will be available on Feb. 21. The update includes new items and equipment that players can use during battle. Part of the downloadable content is the Magitek Exosuit which gives the characters new abilities.
Another DLC for Final Fantasy XV will be released on March 28. It includes a new playable episode featuring Gladio.
